A membership application for the ASA also needs to be completed, either online at the ASA website or by requesting a paper application. The application form shall contain an agreement by the applicant to support and abide by the Articles and Bylaws of the Society and shall otherwise be as prescribed by the Secretary/Treasurer. This form shall be updated and amended as necessary by the Secretary/Treasurer and the changes shall be subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
An application shall state the facts by which the applicant is eligible for such membership and shall be filed with the Secretary/Treasurer of the Society. An applicant shall be enrolled as a member upon completion of membership requirements and upon payment of the appropriate membership dues.
